PeopleSoft Payroll

Summary:

Responsible for the deployment of PeopleSoft HRMS version 8.9 or 9.0 Payroll for mid to large sized companies.

Description:

Provide consulting expertise for PeopleSoft Payroll version 8.9 or 9.0 implementation/ upgrade/ diagnostic. Perform all functional project activities such as design, configure, test and deploy PS Payroll. Ability to be functional lead or expert on a PeopleSoft Payroll engagement.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

Lead/Project Management

  • Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS version 8.8
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project
  • Understanding and experience implementing PeopleSoft Payroll through the entire project lifecycle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment
  • Strong organization skills

Functional Payroll Experience

  • Strong problem solving skills, participated in business transformation and process design.
  • Gathered and identified fit/gap requirements for Payroll.
  • Understanding of Payroll, Time Reporting, Payroll Taxes, Garnishments, Year-End Processing.

Ideal Candidate

  • Functional Lead of several PeopleSoft Payroll version 8 implementations. Implemented version 8.8
  • PeopleSoft Payroll Expert
  • Consulting background
