PeopleSoft Benefit

Summary:

Responsible for the deployment of PeopleSoft HRMS version 8.9 or 9.0 Benefit Administration for mid to large sized companies.

Description:

Provide consulting expertise for PeopleSoft Benefit Administration version 8.8 implementation/ upgrade/ diagnostic. Perform all functional project activities such as design, configure, test and deploy Benefit Administration. Ability to be functional lead or expert on a PeopleSoft BA engagement.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

Lead/Project Management

  • Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS version 8.8
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project
  • Understanding and experience implementing PeopleSoft Benefit Administration through the entire project lifecycle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment
  • Strong organization skills

Functional Benefit Administration Experience

  • Strong problem solving skills, participated in business transformation and process design.
  • Gathered and identified fit/gap requirements for Benefit Administration.
  • Understanding of Base Benefits, Benefit Administration, Benefit Planning, Pension Administration, FMLA and FSA Administration.

Ideal Candidate

  • Functional Lead of several PeopleSoft HRMS version 8 implementations. Implemented version 8.8
