PeopleSoft HR

Summary:

Responsible for the successful deployment of PeopleSoft HRMS version 8.9 or 9.0 applications for mid to large companies.

Description:

Provide consulting expertise for PeopleSoft HR version 8.9 or 9.0 implementation/ upgrade/ diagnostic. Perform all functional project activities such as design, configure, test and deploy PS HR. Ability to be a functional lead or expert on a PeopleSoft HR engagement.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

Lead/Project Management

  • Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS version 8.9
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project
  • Understanding and experience implementing PeopleSoft HR through the entire project lifecycle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment
  • Strong organization skills

Functional HR Experience

  • Strong problem solving skills, participated in business transformation and process design.
  • Gathered and identified fit/gap requirements for Human Resources.
  • Understanding of Core HR application, Payroll and Benefit Administration modules
  • Understanding of the Talent Management, Position Management, Compensation Planning, Learning and Development, Variable Compensation, Employee/Manager Self Service and Collaborative apps

Ideal Candidate

  • Functional Lead of several large PeopleSoft HRMS implementations
  • 5-8 years of PeopleSoft HR implementations
  • Global experience
  • Implemented version 8.8
  • Consulting background
  • PS HR Expert
