Oracle - Hyperion Planning Lead

Position

Our Hackett Technology Solutions Group (HTS) Oracle EPM / Hyperion practice is in search of an Oracle-Hyperion Planning Lead to become an integral part of our team.

Summary:

Our Hackett Technology Solutions (HTS) practice are specialists at providing low-cost, on-time delivery and implementation of Oracle, PeopleSoft and Hyperion solutions and excel at helping mid-market companies get the highest return from the industry and process functionality of our applications.

Our Oracle EPM/Hyperion Analytics Practice is a Certified Advantage Partner and has been consistently recognized by Oracle/Hyperion for the outstanding level of service that we provide.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
  • Deep expertise in the Oracle-Hyperion Planning application
  • Strong experience as a technical resource delivering solutions, leading a project or projects, staff management and mentoring.
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client interaction and presenting skills
  • Experience supporting sales calls
  • Up to 80% overnight travel requirement each week if client is not in immediate geographic area
  • Experience with project management tools

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years Oracle-Hyperion Planning consulting services experience
  • Past work experience in accounting, auditing, finance
  • Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Business and / or Finance
