Customer-to-Cash Consultants and Senior Consultants

The demand for our services has opened some exciting opportunities for Sr. Consultants and Consultants with experience in the arena REL refers to as "Customer-to-Cash". This encompasses areas such as; Accounts Receivable, Order Management, Billing, Collections, Dispute Management and Customer Service, and Credit and Risk Management. As a senior consultant, or consultant, you will play an active role on one of our diverse consulting teams by contributing to, or leading, a work-stream on a project.

Position Summary & Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth data analyses as required by project manager or client
  • Facilitate client interviews and workshops
  • Develop hypotheses and prove validity
  • Identify client "pain" and determine root cause
  • Demonstrate "expertise" in several of aforementioned areas within "Customer-to-Cash" by developing solutions that will improve cash flow, cost, service and risk management
  • Communicate with all levels of client organization from transaction based officers through upper management to achieve buy-in and influence change
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years experience in Customer-to-Cash role(s) with proven accomplishments & quantifiable results
  • Ability to work cohesively in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to travel weekly
  • Process improvement and change management experience/skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Facilitation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Multi-lingual
  • Experience with ERP system(s)
  • Exposure/understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, accounting practices
  • Experience with any continuous improvement methodologies
  • Consulting experience
