Answerthink Now In Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rules

  • Files Form 10-Q For Third Quarter of 2006
  • Files Amended Form 10-K for 2005 and Amended Form 10-Q's for the First and Second Quarters of 2006 As a Result of UK Misappropriation

MIAMI, FLORIDA- February 15, 2007 - Answerthink, Inc. (Nasdaq:ANSR) today announced that it is now in compliance with the requirements for continued listing on The Nasdaq Global Market, as set forth in Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(14), as a result of filing its Form 10-Q report for the quarter ended September 29, 2006 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 15, 2007. The Company also announced that it filed an amended Form 10-K for fiscal year 2005 as well as amended Form 10-Q's for the first and second quarters of 2006. The restatements resulted from the misappropriation by its former disbursement agent in the Company's UK operations as described in its November 1, 2006 and December 22, 2006 press releases.
