On Friday, December 7, 2007, the Fund was closed to new investors, and on Monday, December 10, 2007, Bank of America informed Answerthink that the Fund would be liquidated.

Answerthink Recovers Funds Related to UK Misappropriation

Answerthink, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANSR) announced today that it has fully recovered monies misappropriated by its former UK disbursement agent. The final repayment of $2.3 million was received in October 2007. This repayment will be accounted for as income in the fourth quarter ending December 28, 2007, and will be excluded from pro forma results.

Answerthink Now In Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rules

Answerthink, Inc. (Nasdaq:ANSR) today announced that it is now in compliance with the requirements for continued listing on The Nasdaq Global Market, as set forth in Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(14), as a result of filing its Form 10-Q report for the quarter ended September 29, 2006 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 15, 2007. The Company also announced that it filed an amended Form 10-K for fiscal year 2005 as well as amended Form 10-Q's for the first and second quarters of 2006. The restatements resulted from the misappropriation by its former disbursement agent in the Company's UK operations as described in its November 1, 2006 and December 22, 2006 press releases.
