Ivan Alvarez

Between 2004 and 2007, he led the IT technology optimization process, launched several IT reengineering projects to better position NCR as an industry leader in IT efficiency, and oversaw the implementation of a new IT portfolio management process that has yielded tangible economic benefits for corporation. Prior to joining NCR, Ivan held several IT executive positions at Goodyear Tire & Rubber where he oversaw the creation of an IT shared services organization in Latin America, as well as the creation of Goodyear's electronic commerce capabilities, technology optimization efforts for European operations and the redesign of the global IT organization.

Sid Banwart
Vice President Human Services - Caterpillar, Inc.

Sid Banwart joined Caterpillar in 1968 as a development engineer and has held positions in engineering, operations, product management and general management in the U.S., Korea and Mexico. Banwart became a corporate officer as head of research in 1997, and also served as Chief Information Officer, championing excellence in HR processes and systems development. Currently, as vice president with responsibility for the Human Services Division, Banwart has sponsored and led a positive approach to employee engagement, made fundamental changes healthcare and employee communications, successfully implemented several robust online HR systems, developed a global governmental affairs approach, established Quality Quest for Health, a strategic alliance advancing causes of healthcare quality and transparency of quality information, initiated a Global HR service and cost transformation and is currently championing Caterpillar's professional involvement in social media. In 2007, Banwart was inducted as a NAHR Fellow. He frequently speaks at HR conferences and is a director of the HR Policy Association, leading its Pharmaceutical Coalition.

Robin Bienfait

Thomas E. Blumer
Vice President Procurement & Transportation - Corning Incorporated

Thomas Blumer joined Corning in 1973 as a process engineer for the Technical Products Division. After holding several positions in manufacturing, he was appointed plant manufacturing engineer at Main Plant in 1979, and subsequently served as plant manager in both Muskogee, OK, and Corning, NY. In 1986, he was named manufacturing manager of Consumer Products' tabletop plants, and became director of Human Resources for the company in 1986. In 1992, Tom was named Division Vice President and Director of Technology for Corning Vitro Corporation, and in 1993, Division Vice President Manufacturing, Distribution and Technology for Corning Consumer Products Company. He held positions of increasing responsibility in Corning's Science & Technology sector from 1996 through 2002 when he was appointed Division Vice President Materials Management. Tom was named to his current position of Vice President Procurement and Transportation in 2003.

Michael Bordoni
Vice President Finance Strategy - Hewlett-Packard Company

Michael was selected to fill the recently created position for FS&T and is responsible for leading the transformation of HP's overarching tools, processes and structures to enable a best-in-class Finance function. He reports directly to the CFO, and also serves as a member of the CFO Staff. Michael is a results-oriented leader who sets aggressive goals and empowers his people to determine how best to achieve them. He also has a talent for building community, both within Finance and across organizations, a skill that is essential to this new undertaking. Since joining HP in 1990, Michael has held a variety of key management roles across Finance, as well as past roles in manufacturing management and sales management. Most recently, he was Vice President of Finance for the Imaging and Printing Group Americas region, with responsibility for all aspects of the IPG business in the region.

Sam Coursen

C.J. Duvall
Executive Vice President Human Resources - Alltel Corporation

C.J. Duvall is responsible for all areas of human resources management for Alltel and its subsidiaries. He joined Alltel in 1986 and has held the positions of senior vice president of human resources, vice president of employee relations, international human resources manager, compensation consultant and director of employee relations. Before joining Alltel, he spent time with Integrated Control Systems in Litchfield, Conn., and Saratoga Financial Systems in Albany, N.Y. Duvall serves on the Multi-Purpose Civic Center Facilities Board for Pulaski County, the governing body for Alltel Arena.

Jean-Louis Gregoire

Jeff Henley
Chairman and former CFO - Oracle Corporation

Jeff Henley has been Chairman of Oracle Corporation since January 2004. He served as Oracle's Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President for 13 years, and has been a member of Oracle's Board of Directors since June 1995, and serves on its Executive Management Committee. Prior to joining Oracle, Jeff served as Executive Vice President & CFO at Pacific Holding Company, a privately-held company with diversified interests in manufacturing and real estate; and as Executive Vice President & CFO at Saga Corporation. He was director of finance at Memorex Corporation in its large storage division, and was controller of international operations at Fairchild Camera and Instrument Corporation. Jeff is a national trustee for Boys and Girls Clubs of America and serves on both The Chancellor's Advisory Council and the International Advisory Council of the Engineering College for the University of California at Santa Barbara. He is a member of the Board of Directors of CallWave, Inc., and is a member of the Advisory Board of InTouch Technologies. In 2004, he received the UCLA Anderson School's Outstanding Alumnus award.

Tim King
Vice President, Global Purchasing - The Dow Chemical Company

As Vice President of Purchasing, Timothy O. King leads The Dow Chemical Company's global purchasing organization. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing purchasing operations at Dow, including negotiating prices for raw materials and services, fostering positive supplier relationships and implementing competitive procurement contracts. Tim joined Dow in 1976 as a representative in the New York Sales Office and held a variety of marketing and sales management positions within the organization. In 1992, he was appointed North America group marketing manager for Epoxy & Intermediates. He then served as global business director for VERSENE® chelating agents and Glycol Ethers. Tim was named global vice president of sales and marketing for Chemicals and Performance Chemicals in 2002, vice president of sales for Chemicals and Intermediates and Performance Chemicals and Thermosets in 2004, and commercial vice president for Performance Chemicals and Chemicals in North America in 2006. He assumed his current position in March 2007. In addition to his responsibilities on the Global Purchasing Team, King serves as an internal consultant for the African American Network strategy team at Dow.

Steven J Klinger
President & Chief Operating Officer - Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation

Steven J. Klinger is president and chief operating officer for Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation and a member of the company's executive committee. After joining Smurfit-Stone in 2006, Steven led the organization through the a three-year transformation program, which included upgrading the leadership talent, improving the company's ability to meet customers' needs, reducing the company's cost structure, scaling operations, improving technology, specializing the manufacturing process, eliminating redundancies, and aligning sales and marketing. During his 23-year career at Georgia-Pacific, Steven provided strategic leadership that was marked by numerous achievements. While there, he served as Executive Vice President, Packaging, Pulp and Global Procurement. He led a team that transformed the G-P Packaging Business from average industry ROA and ROS to industry-leading performance, played key roles in more than $10 billion of transactions as both corporate development director and executive vice president, and led the successful initiative to centralize global purchasing.

Wayne Mincey

Wayne Mincey joined The Hackett Group as President and Chief Operating Officer in December 2003. Prior to joining Hackett, Mr. Mincey served as President of the Spherion Technology Group, a $300+ million IT consulting, managed services and staffing company. He has an extensive background in operations, strategic planning, financial management, and sales and market execution. Wayne also served as the founding President of Enthusian, a Spherion/Accenture joint venture providing Web-based supply chain solutions and managed services for human capital. He has also held various roles at Norell Corporation, and spent more than a decade at Ryder in positions that included Vice President of Operations for Ryder TRS and Group Finance Director and CFO - Europe for Ryder Truck Rental.

Mack Murrell
Vice President, Information Systems - The Dow Chemical Company

Mack Murrell, vice president for Information Systems, manages the global Information Systems (I/S) organization. He provides global leadership for the Office Building & Administration (OB&A) functions and strategic information technology direction to the Basic Plastics and Chemicals businesses. Murrell also leads development of services and solutions for JVs, leveraging Dow's world-class work processes and ensuring the services meet the needs of joint ventures and accelerate their success. During his Dow career, Murrell has been a leader in the implementation of many large-scale projects and company-critical initiatives. His expertise has been applied across numerous functions, including Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and I/S. Highlights of Mack's contributions in the IT arena include his instrumental role in the standardization of midrange computing for Dow, his leadership in implementation of Dow's first global computing workstation in 1995, and his continuing management of the Enterprise Systems Operations organization. Murrell currently sits on the board of directors of the Arnold Center, a Midland, Michigan, agency that provides employment and training assistance for people with disabilities.

William J. (Bill) O'Rourke
Vice President & CIO - Alcoa

William J. (Bill) O'Rourke was named Vice President of Alcoa's Global Business Services (GBS) and Chief Information Officer of Alcoa in January 2008. He has responsibility for delivering financial, human resource, environmental, health & safety services to the global business and resource units, and for maintaining the information technology architecture, infrastructure and applications on a global basis. Prior to this new role, Bill served as President, Alcoa-Russia from March 2005 to December 2007. He was responsible for leading the Alcoa-Russia business, including substantial manufacturing assets that Alcoa acquired in Samara and Belaya Kalitva in the Russian Federation, as well as a sales and administrative office in Moscow. As Vice President Corporate Audit beginning in 2001, Bill led Alcoa's global environment, health & safety and corporate audit activities. During his Alcoa career, he also founded Alcoa's Global Business Services organization, including a number of corporate staff service areas. Bill joined Alcoa in 1975 as a Patent Attorney and held positions as Corporate Patent Counsel and as Assistant General Counsel.

Julio Ramirez
Managing Director - The Hackett Group

Julio Ramirez is a leader of The Hackett Group's business process sourcing research and advisory activities. Previously, he was senior vice president of Acclaris, a global business process outsourcing firm with offices in the US and India, responsible for its Global 2000 HR and finance and accounting process outsourcing business. With over 24 years of experience working with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies in the transformation of the finance, HR and procurement functions to achieve world-class performance, Julio has significant experience in all aspects of designing and implementing shared services and has worked with multinational organizations throughout North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Previously, Mr. Ramirez was an audit and consulting partner with KPMG Peat Marwick.

Jim Reid

Prior to joining Applied Materials, Mr. Rodriguez was Vice President, Global Shared Services for Security Capital Group Inc., a global Real Estate Investment Trust, where he was responsible for the global Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Order to Cash functions. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for Seven Circle Resorts, a full gaming casino, where he was responsible for all financial and accounting functions for the enterprise.

Jim Schweizer
General Manager Shared Business Services-Finance - Philips North America

As general manager of Shared Business Services-Finance at Philips North America, Jim Schweizer is responsible for the formation and ongoing operations of the unit which will be the one face F&A service provider to its customers - the Philips Product Divisions. Additionally, this organization monitors the performance of the Shared Service Center in Chennai India, works to harmonize all processes in scope, and reduce the cost of service delivery by process improvements and migration of more activities to the Shared Service Center.
