Where will the conference be held?

What does the conference registration fee include?

• Registration fee is waived for two members of Hackett Process and/or Executive Advisory Programs to which your organisation belongs.
• The conference fee includes complete conference materials, as well as admission to all sessions, social events and meals.
• Hotel accommodation and travel are not included in the registration fee. Delegates are responsible for paying for their own travel and hotel expenses and for booking their own accommodation.

May I invite other people from my company to attend the conference?

Additional people from your company may attend the conference. They must register on the Registration page of this website and make their own hotel reservations.

What is the deadline for registrations?

The registration period for this conference has ended.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your registration may be canceled prior to the start of the conference. Any registration fees paid will be refunded provided an e-mail is sent to Helen Barnes at hbarnes@thehackettgroup.com prior to the start of the conference.

What is your policy on transferring registrations?

Substitutions may be made at any time. Please send an email to Helen Barnes at hbarnes@thehackettgroup.com if you would like to transfer your registration to a colleague.

Will conference presentations be available after the conference?

All conference presentations will be available for 60 days beginning Tuesday, 26 October. Location for download will be provided to conference attendees after the event.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Recommended attire for all sessions and social events is business casual. The rooms are kept quite cool so be sure to bring a sweater or jacket.

How and when can I make hotel reservations?

Please call Ana Costa or James Robson in reservations at the hotel directly on +44 (0) 20 7451 0388. Be sure to identify yourself as a participant in The Hackett Group conference to qualify for the discounted rate, per night, of £265 (includes breakfast and VAT). Please quote code HACK131010 when making your reservation. Note that the hotel does not guarantee this rate after 24th September.
