Studying with The Hackett Institute

Studying for the Certificate in GBS with The Hackett Institute is easy. Courses are delivered via a dynamic online platform that integrates multimedia elements and allows for a self-guided pace. The Certificate requires approximately 25 to 35 hours of study, with practical thought-provoking learning activities, and end-of-course online assessments to confirm knowledge and understanding.

Upon successful completion of all 10 courses, students receive a professional certification from The Hackett Institute and use of the CGBS^® designation – a globally recognized professional qualification for people working in GBS and related industries. They will also receive 18 continuing professional education (CPE) credits, in accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
