Transforming HR into a world-class function
A Fortune 500 financial services company with 200 million customer accounts in over 100 countries, wanted to transform its global Human Resources function into a world-class organization, by incorporating best practice processes and available technology and reducing ongoing operating expenses.
The Hackett Group identified future state best practices for key HR processes in the Americas, Asia and Europe. We highlighted gaps between the best practice vision and the existing Human Resources Information Services (HRIS) and worked with the client to design new HR processes that employed best practices to reduce cost/complexity, shorten cycle time and free up key resources to refocus on value-added activities. By leveraging technology, the cost of delivering HR services was reduced.
