Do you want to know how your organization compares to top performers at the process level?
The Hackett Group has created new measurement offerings to identify top performance at the business process level. These studies collect data about staffing, costs, transactional volumes and best practice utilization for each process.
Performance Studies are focused on the primary drivers of effectiveness ("doing the right things") and efficiency ("doing things right"). They cover metrics on cost, staffing, cycle time, quality and best practice utilization.
These studies can give you some comparative insights on your own company's performance versus top performance and will help you select the improvement initiatives that will deliver maximum benefits.
Participation in Performance Studies is open to all companies. In return for completing the study questionnaire, companies receive:
- A list of detailed performance metrics with comparisons to Top Performers and other study participants
- An invitation to attend a Hackett Advisor-led webcast of general study findings
- Ability to leverage results of the study to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives
