Organizations spend millions of dollars on goods and services to support key business projects (e.g., new facility build outs, new product launches, new technology implementations, etc). These ad-hoc purchases (typically ranging from $100,000 into the millions) are initiated by business teams in response to a specific project related need and often require rapid supplier identification and selection.
