Globalization/Offshoring
Do you know the level of your offshoring cost savings and service level achievements as compared to top-performing organizations?
Most companies today engage in some type of offshoring, whether by contracting with a service provider or by building their own captive facilities, and are increasingly concluding that more successful offshoring must be done in order to be competitive and create value.
The Hackett Offshoring Performance study assesses the performance of organizations in achieving the goals targeted at the time the offshoring initiative began.
It's not too late for you to register and participate.
