Job Description

Experienced SAP CRM professionals with minimum one end to end implementation and good domain experience / knowledge.

  • Provide functional support for all users from client on SAP CRM topics
  • Incident resolution and problem management in line with agreed SLAs
  • Develop Functional Specification for new requirements
  • Experience or knowledge of Middleware would be a plus
  • Develop test cases and test scripts to confirm system build meets business requirements
Role Description
  • Very good experience in SAP Configuration in CRM Base customizing, Sales, Service, Marketing, IC, WebUI & Middleware
  • SAP CRM Middleware configuration and maintenance experience strongly preferred
  • Very good experience in Customer, Material, Equipment, Pricing & Transaction replication issues and resolution in Middleware
  • SAP ECC SD experience strongly preferred, with experience in CRM-ECC integration
  • Good knowledge of integration with ECC Deep understanding of SAP architecture, including OSS notes and Support packages
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts
  • Knowledge in E-Commerce & Best Practice Solution Implementation
Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP CRM
