The study will take 2-3 hours and it can be completed in more than one session. HR leaders or managers with a broad perspective across the HR function will have the requisite knowledge to complete the study.

What you will receive after completing the study

Study participants will receive a customized report of their performance relative to the aggregate results of other study participants including top performers and an invite to a webcast reviewing the study findings.
