End-to-end process ownership

End-to-end process ownership is an organizational design model to break the boundaries between functional silos in an enterprise and is a single point of accountability for an end-to-end process. Organizational design approach to achieving enterprisewide optimized processes by assigning single-point process ownership. Implementation may vary based on breadth of process scope, depth of organizational reach and/or span of authority of process owner.
