Six Sigma

Six Sigma is a technique used to identify products and processes that have defects and need improvement, and then improve or redesign them. The term refers to the level of defects occurring in a process. A process with a Six Sigma rating has only 3.4 defects per million opportunities (that’s a 99.99966% accuracy rate) or is near perfect.
