2025 Hackett Innovation Awards

Please complete and submit the online award application by midnight GMT (7 PM ET) on Friday, March 21, 2025.

A panel of experts in AI from The Hackett Group^® will review all applications submitted and select the finalists.

The review panel will select a set of award finalists based on these criteria:

• Demonstrated evidence of actual – not planned – performance improvement created in operational excellence and/or business value.
• An AI use case that involves customers, operations or general and administrative back-office process.
• Agreement from the organization implementing the solution to be named and cited publicly as an award recipient.

If your application is selected as a finalist, you will be contacted by a member of the selection team to arrange one or more interviews. The organization employing the solution (not an implementation partner) must complete the interview to receive further award consideration. The review panel will choose award recipients from the companies interviewed.

All applications will be judged on the business values delivered, complexity of the problem and completeness of the solutions.

• Business value: What is the business value obtained from the solutions?
• Complexity: How challenging was the problem being solved? What type of technologies have been used in the solution?
• Completeness: What solutions have been deployed for the end-to-end process? Is there more than one solution? How sophisticated is the solution? What are the benefits of these solutions?

We will present one or more awards in categories corresponding to the end-to-end business processes (listed on page 5 of the Program Overview).

Awards recipients will be announced by the middle of June 2025.
