Global business services (GBS) executive board
The governance entity that represents the linkage between the GBS organization and GBS owners. GBS owners assign decision rights and resources to positions within the GBS organization, and put in place instruments to monitor the effective and efficient use of the delegated author and resources. A GBS executive board allows stakeholders to engage in a strategic discussion on the use of the enterprisewide GBS model.
