An important finding of the Hackett Group’s study “Thriving in the Emerging Hybrid Workplace”, which is based on a survey of around 350 large international companies, is that virtual work does not impair effective collaboration and networking in the world of work. The exception: Employees who have been employed by the company for less than a year tend to rely on personal contact when it comes to cooperation and maintaining contacts.
