By registering for the 2025 Gen AI Breakthrough Conference London (GAIC), The Hackett Group® may share your contact details with our sponsors. If you have decided not to share your contact details with our sponsors, you will still be able to share information with them by allowing your badge to be captured by our sponsors during the conference. Any information you place in your event profile on the platform will be disclosed to the sponsors. Please refer to the “Notice of Processing” section for full details.
What do we collect?
We will collect your business contact information at registration, as well as whatever personal data you use to create your personal profile when logging into the event platform. Our staff will capture your badge on arrival and during session tracking at the in-person conference. We may also monitor what events and activities attendees visit and participate in. This information may include your name, company, business email address, job title and responsibilities. Information collected may also include any social media platform data you import as part of your event profile. We do not collect any nonbusiness-related data, such as date of birth, home address, personal email address, telephone number or government identification number, and attendees should not reveal this information during the GAIC if they do not wish it to be visible to other attendees or administrators of the GAIC.
Who do we share your information with?
The information will be shared with our vendors who we have contracted to help us host and deliver the GAIC. We may also share information with our GAIC sponsors where you have elected to do so. A list of our third-party sponsors and their respective privacy policies are set forth below:

Notice of Processing
Any personal data that you provide us, which is collected or processed in connection with your use of our services or site, will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy located at www.thehackettgroup.com/privacy-statement/ and may require your data to be processed outside of the EEA (including via our designated third-party subprocessors who assist us in our operations). Video/Photographer Waiver
During or in connection with this event, videos and/or photographs (“images”) may be taken. By participating in this event, I expressly consent to the use of any images of me (digital or otherwise) for marketing or any other purpose(s). I understand and agree that all images are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of The Hackett Group®, and I shall not be entitled to any compensation or royalties in connection with the use of such images.
How do we use your information?
We may use the personal data you provide to administer the GAIC and market services to you based on your interests and responsibilities, as well as to facilitate and make the GAIC more relevant to you. This use may include sharing data with our vendors and platform provider Whova to facilitate the delivery of the GAIC.
We may share your personal data with the event sponsors referenced above. You may opt out of sharing this information with our sponsors by selecting the option during registration, in which case The Hackett Group® will not provide your name directly to its sponsors. Please note, however, that information in your profile is viewable by all sponsors. Where you have indicated your desire to share information with our sponsors or by allowing your badge to be captured by our sponsors at their kiosks or by attending their sponsored session, you agree to their processing of your personal data, which is contained in your profile, and they may use such data to market services to you based on your interests and responsibilities, and facilitate and make the GAIC more relevant to you. Your personal data will be processed by a sponsor as a data controller in accordance with their privacy policy. You are encouraged to review each sponsor’s privacy policy to familiarize yourself with how they use the data they collect.
We may also utilise the information that you provide us to manage any giveaways or in conference activities such as contests or games where we may encourage you to attend certain events during the conference to accumulate points for an opportunity to win prizes. Some of these contest events may ask you to attend certain GAIC events or engage in networking events with other attendees. Your participation is entirely voluntary but will involve the disclosure of your profile data.
We will also record and photograph all presentations at the GAIC. Individuals who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should not attend these events, and if they do attend such events, they should refrain from asking questions that could reveal their identity during the event.
We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act. Please see the notice in our Privacy Policy regarding California residents. Where you have indicated that you wish to share your data with our sponsors, they may use the information provided in your registration to contact you
