Our analysts review solutions in collaboration with the participating vendors via a standard, transparent, demo-based validation and assessment process.

Which HR software providers can participate in vendor assessments?

To ensure comprehensive market coverage, every vendor can participate. There is no cost to participate in vendor assessments or receive vendor coverage if the technology or services are relevant to the domain.

What is the Solution Intelligence membership program?

The membership program provides tailored content and insight that helps HR software providers enhance their marketing and sales efforts, and develop effective product and go-to-market strategies. Software vendors can opt to participate at different membership levels. Membership is separate from and independent of the Solution Intelligence team’s annual research and product/vendor coverage.

Does a finance software vendor and/or service provider have to become a member to benefit from the program?

No. Providers of HR technology and payroll solutions that are not members of our program can avail themselves of free resources, such as a selection of our HR and payroll research.

Who uses the vendor assessments, and how do they access them?

HR executives and their teams use vendor analyses and insights to make informed and relevant investment decisions about the optimal HR solutions for their needs. Executives have access to Solution Intelligence as members of The Hackett Group’s Applied Intelligence programs.
