Located in the heart of the City of London, Convene is just a short walk away from the Bank underground station and Liverpool Street train and underground station. This purpose-built premium meeting facility – with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment – is situated on the third and fourth floors of the iconic, award-winning 22 Bishopsgate – one of the most sustainable buildings in London.

Can other people from my company attend the conference?
Additional people from your company may attend the conference. They must also register on the registration page of this website.
What does the conference registration fee include?
- The conference fee is £2,500 per person and includes conference materials, as well as admission to all sessions, social events and meals.
- Hotel accommodation and travel are not included in the registration fee. Delegates are responsible for booking and payment of their own travel and hotel expenses.
- The registration fee is waived for members of The Hackett Group® Applied Intelligence Services subject to the contract agreement. For clarification on the number of complimentary tickets available to your organization, please contact your Applied Intelligence Account Manager.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Any cancellation made by Sunday, 6 September 2026, will receive a full refund of your registration fees.
- Any cancellation made between Monday, 7 September 2026 and Sunday, 27 September 2026, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Any cancellation made from Monday, 28 September 2026 onwards, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
