Answerthink Partners with Edenhouse Solutions to bring SAP Solutions To a Global Leader in Life Science Manufacturing
MIAMI, FL – April 15, 2020 — Answerthink®, a division of The Hackett Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HCKT), announced today the successful SAP go-live implementation at a leading Contract Manufacturing Organization’s (CDMO) API Manufacturing facility.
The project was completed in an accelerated timeframe to ensure the organization met the terms of their transition service agreement. The scope of work supported key areas of business including finance and controlling, materials management, warehouse management, plant maintenance, quality management, sales and logistics management. The project also included integration with an onsite manufacturing execution system (MES), an automated materials handling system and a maintenance/calibration system.
Answerthink collaborated with their global United Vars partner, Edenhouse, who brought local presence and expertise to the project. Edenhouse undertook the day-to-day project management activities as well as fulfilling key project roles supporting materials management, warehouse management, production planning and finance during the implementation.
