After 12 months of intense assessment and debate, The Hackett Group^® is excited to release the 13th 50 to Know and 50 to Watch procurement provider lists, the recently launched Hall of Fame procurement provider list and the 8th Future 5 – a celebration of innovative procurement tech start-ups.

Each year, our analysts, rigorously assess the capabilities of procurement technology solutions across market sectors to arrive at a list that now totals 117 solution providers. These lists represent the best-in-class solutions that the industry needs to know about and the up-and-coming, growing providers to keep an eye on.

Note: For the 2025–2026 lists, The Hackett Group^® evaluated approximately 220 procurement technology vendors globally. Eligibility for inclusion was based on participation in product demonstrations, enabling a consistent and objective assessment across all vendors evaluated.

We are delighted to announce that the recognized Future 5 providers for 2025-2026 are:

• Flowie – Flowie is a finance and procurement orchestration platform that integrates ERP, procurement and payment systems to support coordination across procure-to-pay processes. • Vallor – Vallor is an AI-powered contract management platform that is especially powerful in post-signature contract management. It can be used on its own or as an add-on to existing contract management solutions. Vallor leverages AI to achieve accurate and extremely granular metadata extraction at scale, empowering users to quickly uncover data from high volumes of contracts. 
• Zapro – Zapro is a supplier management and procurement platform designed for start-ups, with capabilities spanning sourcing, contract management, procurement, accounts payable automation, vendor onboarding and supplier risk tracking. It supports centralized management of supplier-related activities and spend processes for organizations looking to reduce reliance on multiple point solutions.

The Hall of Fame

The ‘Hall of Fame’ honors those solution providers that have been on the 50 to Know list for 10 years or more.
