After 12 months of scrutinizing demos and intense debate, the analyst team have selected the Future 5 vendors of 2025-2026. These providers are deemed the most impressive procurement technology start-ups that meet our criteria.

They must:

• Be less than 5 years old.
• Have 5+ customers.
• Have an innovative, interesting application of technology.
• Maintain clear momentum and sustainability.
• Have less than $10 million in revenue.

We are delighted to reveal that the recognized Future 5 providers are:

• Flowie — Flowie is a finance and procurement orchestration platform that integrates ERP, procurement and payment systems to support coordination across procure-to-pay processes. The platform applies AI agents and graph-based matching to areas such as intake handling, approvals, invoice categorization and compliance monitoring for mid-market and enterprise organizations.
• Pavus — Pavus is an AI-native procurement platform that automatically converts unstructured spend data into actionable intelligence, combining spend analytics, should-cost modeling, supplier discovery and sourcing execution in a unified system. The platform uses machine learning to break down products into material components linked to real-time commodity indices, merge multiple supplier databases through AI-powered search and generate dynamic benchmarks that inform multi-round competitive bidding events.
• Tamarin AI — Tamarin AI is a Boston-based category management copilot designed with ease in mind for a casual user. It utilizes agentic AI to support users in time-consuming, tedious data-heavy tasks, such as cleansing and categorization, automated spend analytics and automated contract analytics.
• Vallor — Vallor is an AI-powered contract management platform that is especially powerful in post-signature contract management. It can be used on its own or as an add-on to existing contract management solutions. Vallor leverages AI to achieve accurate and extremely granular metadata extraction at scale, empowering users to quickly uncover data from high volumes of contracts.
• Zapro — Zapro is a supplier management and procurement platform designed for start-ups, with capabilities spanning sourcing, contract management, procurement, accounts payable automation, vendor onboarding and supplier risk tracking. It supports centralized management of supplier-related activities and spend processes for organizations looking to reduce reliance on multiple point solutions.
