The Hackett Group Launches the Hackett Institute; Hackett Also Announces Acquisition of CIMA’s Interest In the Certified GBS Professionals Certification Program
Initial Institute Offerings Focus on Professional Education For Global Business Services & Enterprise Analytics
MIAMI & LONDON, November 7, 2017 – The Hackett Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HCKT) today announced the launch of The Hackett Institute, offering professional education programs informed by The Hackett Group’s unmatched intellectual property derived from its benchmarking data, proprietary research and Best Practices Intelligence Center™.
Flagship offerings of the Hackett Institute include programs for Certified GBS Professionals® (CGBSP) and Certified Enterprise Analytics Professionals (CEAP). These offerings rely on a next-generation e-learning platform that integrates audio, video, graphics, text, and other multimedia elements to address the needs and expectations of today’s corporate learners. The platform is designed to be easily accessed from a variety of devices, including desktop computers, tablets, and smart phones. Computer-based test exams by chapter will be fully integrated into the e-learning system.
Concurrent with the launch of the Hackett Institute, The Hackett Group announced that it has acquired the interest of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in its CGBSP program, which the two organizations launched as a joint project in 2015. CGBSP is a comprehensive career development system for global business services (GBS), shared services and business process outsourcing (BPO) professionals offering three levels of certification, for entry-level associates, operational team leaders and senior management. More than 150 organizations from over 27 countries are already engaged in offering certification to their GBS, shared services or BPO staff through the CGBSP program.
Analytics Foundation Course Now Available
With the launch of The Hackett Institute, The Hackett Group has also made available Analytics Foundations, the first course in its Certified Enterprise Analytics Professionals (CEAP) program. The Analytics Foundation course is designed for professionals from a broad array of corporate disciplines, including finance, procurement and supply chain, global business services, manufacturing, sales and marketing and human resources.
The CEAP program is a comprehensive training and certification offering designed to enable professionals across the enterprise to improve their mastery of the analytics techniques and tools necessary to effectively analyze, predict and influence business performance. It will include three levels of learning and certification: a certification designation encompassing Analytics Foundations and another core course; a diploma requiring intermediate-level courses; and an advanced diploma requiring in-depth analytics coursework.
