In German. The 1000 largest listed companies in Europe managed to significantly reduce their overheads in 2021, and did so in a crisis-ridden, highly volatile market environment. The Hackett Group’s 2022 European SG&A Study and Scorecard shows that average overhead (SG&A: Selling, General, Administrative) expenses in 11 industry sectors increased by 6.8% (to 13.7% of revenue) during 2021.
